Lightning Protector for Electric Fence
Protects the energizer from damage caused by lightning strikes.
- Mounted on the feeder cable between the electric fence energizer and the fence.
- The lightning protector itself is earthed via a lead connected to a grounding rod.
- In the event of an overload from a lightning strike, the current is diverted through the lightning protector directly to the grounding rod.
